3 Months That Equip for a Lifetime
Students receive 250 hours of biblical teaching designed to deepen their relationship with God and transform how they live and lead. Key topics include Knowing God, Identity in Christ, Freedom, Servant Leadership, Worship, the Holy Spirit, and Missions.
Transformation continues beyond the classroom through 250 hours of practical training in outreach, discipleship, ministry, leadership, music, and media.
Our purpose is not just to inform, but to transform—raising disciple-makers who will strengthen their communities and impact S. Asia and beyond.

Training elements
Personal Mentorship
Each student meets weekly with a mentor for encouragement, accountability, and personal discipleship, helping them grow spiritually and personally.
Small Groups
Students discuss what they are learning each week, build authentic relationships, and encourage and support one another.
Lectures
Provide classroom learning that increases students’ knowledge, develops godly character, strengthens their leadership, and equips them to live a godly lifestyle.
Leadership in Practice
Students get opportunities to lead, not just learn how to lead. They learn to serve, take responsibility, and develop character through real-life ministry experiences.
Outreach & Ministry
Students have the opportunity to serve 120 hours in practical ministry through local churches, village outreach, mercy ministry, and more.
Multiplication
We intentionally invest in each student so they can invest in others—raising up disciple-making leaders who will multiply.
